Ellaverde Return & Withdrawal Policy

Overview

At Ellaverde, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something is not right, you may be eligible to return your item or withdraw from your order within the timeframe and conditions outlined below.

This policy is designed to protect hygiene, safety, and product integrity—especially for skincare and body care items.

Right of Withdrawal

Depending on your country or region, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or withdrawal:

Items must be unused and unopened
Products must remain in their original sealed packaging
Items must be in a condition suitable for resale

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of used or opened skincare and body care products.

Regional Note (Canada)

For customers in Canada, withdrawal rights generally apply only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

Please note the following:

Eligible refunds may include standard shipping fees, depending on the situation and local regulations
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected
Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used skincare and body care products
Any hygiene-sensitive items with broken seals
Custom-made or personalized items

We are unable to accept returns for items that cannot be resold under health and safety standards unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled unless required by applicable consumer protection laws in your region.

Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries

To help maintain fair pricing and reduce unnecessary logistics waste, a €15 handling fee will apply to orders that are:

Refused upon delivery
Not collected from a pickup point
Returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address

This fee covers return processing, shipping, and restocking costs.
